You’ll get information about potential financial assistance options as well as access to practical, educational, and self-advocacy tools. With these resources, you can feel confident that ONWARD is here to support you.
Once enrolled, your Care Coordinator will call you directly. We understand the importance of a support network: That’s why many of these resources are also available to your caregivers.

ZILBRYSQ (zilucoplan) can be self-injected after proper training, or a trained caregiver can also administer the injection.

After enrolling in ONWARD, you’ll be contacted by your personal ONWARD Care Coordinator. Care Coordinators are:
- Medically trained professionals, including nurses and pharmacists
- Professionally trained to understand your disease and treatment
- Dedicated to your treatment experience

From Day One, your Care Coordinator will be by your side, helping you understand your prescribed UCB treatment. Throughout your prescribed treatment, your coordinator is available to listen and provide resources based on your unique needs. Your Care Coordinator can help with:

- Sharing practical support while you’re on your treatment
- Building helpful communication skills

During your ONWARD experience, your Care Coordinator can be contacted by you and your caregivers, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM ET.
